Translation - Curatorial and literary texts
As a translator and cultural manager, I work translating a wide range of curatorial texts from Spanish into English and from English into Spanish. Some of these projects include:
- Weird faces. On Gorka Mohammed, by Peio Aguirre. Translation available here.
- Cantinela. A curatorial research project that celebrates contemporary artistic practices. I have translated texts written by curator Vera Martín Zelich on artists such as Dagmar Bosma or Mónica Planes. Translations available here.
- A Sea Change: Political, Natural, and Cultural Ecologies of the Mediterranean. In this project co-funded by the European Commission, I translated a text by artist and environmental sculptor Joaquín Jara.
